The Recruitment Process
1 Apply for a position
You find a job that you like and fill in our application form providing contact details and your resume
2 Initial Phone Interview
If you pass the mustard, one of our staff will contact you to find out more about you and answer any questions
3 Technical Test
During the initial phone interview you will be invited to take a technical test in your own time to demonstrate your abilities
4 Interview with Manager
If you ace the tests, you are guaranteed an offer but you have a chance to talk to your new manager first
5 Contract Offer
Assuming all goes well we will then make a contract offer to you
